Born with disability cerebral palsy/hemiparisis and have achieved the following:

Rowing
First adaptive rower to row all the way around the Isle of Wight in 2005
Rowed marathons on a rowing machine in 2005 and 2008
Rowed a million metres on a rowing machine in 2007
Rowed around Isle of Wight roads in 2007 on a Streetrower (a rowing machine on wheels)
Rowed the distance from Southampton to New York on a rowing machine in 2008.
Set adaptive LTA world record for rowing 24hours in 2011
Set adaptive LTA 100km concept 2 world record in 2012
Finished 4th in the LTA category Crash B indoor rowing world championships in 2012.
Helped race over 11,000 young people on rowing machines.

Running
New York Marathons in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010
London Marathon in 2006, 2008 and 2013
Chicago Marathon in 2010
Great South Run in 2010 and 2012
Brighton Marathon in 2011
Paratrooper 10 mile run in 2013

Cycling
Cycled Southampton to Weymouth in 2005.
Currently over 99,000 miles done on Red Funnel ferries.
Finisher's medal from Prudential London ride 100 in 2013.

Sailing
Completed the round the Isle of Wight race three times and won the charity cup in 2009.

American Football
Played in 150 games from 1992 to 2003
Played for the Great Britain Junior Team in the Wilson sponsored NFL europe junior tournament. Received award for achievement/courage.
Defensive player of the year for team in 1995.
Number 58 jersey retired by Southampton Stags.

Fundraising/Sports/volunteering
Have helped raise individually and in teams over two million pounds fundraising and grants.
Media for Olympic rowing test event and rowing championships. Also over a number of years have helped with media for a number of different sports teams.
Funding have secured for various sports clubs has helped secure over 30 championships.
Have helped over 10,000 young people race in indoor rowing races since 2004.
Have organised a number of successful world record attempts, international sports games and varsity sports matches.
Have helped over 40 different sports teams in Southampton.
Gamesmaker for Olympic and Paralympic rowing in 2012.

Wheelchair Rugby:
Classified as a 4.0 player. Currently play for the Solent Sharks.

Other Projects
Arranged for a sound studio to be installed in Southampton community music centre.
Supported with organising and funding a student sexual health project in Southampton.
Organising funding for a project to rehabilitate prostitutes through using counselling and horse riding.
Helped move equipment and set up fashion show in 2004.

Other challenges
Took part in Weldmar Strictly competition in 2013.

Awards
Carried the Olympic flame on 15th July 2012 in Southampton
Radio station Unity 101 Community award in 2009
Hampshire and IOW Sports Awards 2012 for Sporting Achievement
Lifetime Achievement from Solent University/Southampton Institute in 2005 for contribution to the community.

Organising, Promoting and PR:
Had successfully promoted American Football for a number of years. Have a lot of years experience promoting sport and have helped in my time in Southampton over 40 varieties of Sport. Ran social media for Olympic rowing test event. Now run social for rowing national champs. Started first American Football and Cheer Leading societies at Solent University.
